Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return policy for EU countries
To start a return, you can contact us at info@lascenederue.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return policy for non-EU countries above €150
For returns outside the EU, we work together with our partner Onlinetaxfree.com. To start a return, you can contact us at info@lascenederue.com. We will inform Onlinetaxfree.com about the return. Onlinetaxfree.com will send you the return label. Next, follow these steps:
- Print out the return label you received from Onlinetaxfree.com and attach it to the package.
- Print out the commercial invoices you received from Onlinetaxfree.com in your mailbox.
- Include one copy of the commercial invoice in your package.
- Paste the second copy of the Commercial Invoice on your package. Include one copy of the commercial invoice in your package with the packing slip.
- Paste the second copy of the Commercial Invoice on your package next to your shipping label.
- Drop off your package at a UPS point.

Refund policy for non-EU countries with orders above €150
Onlinetaxfree.com provides the tax refund process for La Scène de Rue. When you return or deny your order within 30 days, you will not be eligible for a tax refund.
La Scène de Rue will refund the order amount minus the cost of the return label.
The Non-EU customer can reclaim the VAT by contacting: customerservice@onlinetaxfree.com
Canceling your order
Your order can be canceled, but only if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us in time if you want to cancel your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
